Join me each week for a few hours of fun and relaxation and work on your own project or projects at a relaxed pace.

A great continuation course from my Painting: For Beginners course, or if you have been to a few of my art classes already or have done a little bit of art before elsewhere. Although if you have already done an art class elsewhere, or did A level art or an Art Foundation course, this would be a good option for you too.

The aim of this course is to really continue to build on your creative confidence and painting skills, and to help you to paint on a regular basis. Great if you want to continue to paint at home, or if you find you prefer painting in a group environment!

There is no overall structure, the course will be tailored around you and what you would like to get from it. You might like to bring along some photographs or pictures from home of things you would like to paint. (Examples so far have included flowers, landscapes, portraits and animals). You will be continuing to use acrylic paints (as introduced in the Getting Started evening course), and can make use of all the materials on hand – a wide range of brushes, textured mediums, printing materials, palette knives and more.

At the end of the course you will have produced between 1 and 8 finished pieces, discovered more about how you like to work and your creative preferences and style, and will feel more confident about working at home.

Cost: £165 per person for the 6 week course. (Book 2 x 6 week courses at the same time and receive £20 off your booking). Price includes all your art materials and refreshments.
