'Poetry at Pembroke', a series of poetry readings taking place throughout Hilary term.

The series has been organised by Peter King, Lecturer in Philosophy at Pembroke. Performances take place every Monday evening at 6pm between 15th January - 5th March. Check our events page for further listings. To find out more please contact Peter King.

Winner of twelve national Romanian prizes for poetry, Maria Stadnicka is now based in Gloucestershire, where she has worked in radio and television, and now teaches sociology and psychology. Her work has appeared in International Times, Dissident Voice, and in various journals and literary magazines in Austria, Germany, Romania, Moldova, the U.S.A., the U.K., and Australia. Her published collections are O-Zone Friendly, A Short Story about War, Imperfect, and Exitus.
