A STITCH IN TIME
Three women artists all inspired by stitch, dress and heritage but with very different practices.

This unique event offers fascinating insight into artist Elisabeth Lecourt's work, which will be featured in the A Stitch in Time exhibition.
French born Elisabeth is best known for her map dresses. She meticulously folds maps by hand to create distinctive original dress forms, which explore themes of vulnerability and sensitivity.

Elisabeth has an MA from the Royal College of Art and her work is in many private and corporate collections.
Elisabeth will talk about her work, how it is made and what inspires her.
Outline for the Day
10:00am – Guests Arrive for Morning Coffee and Pastries
10.30am – Talk, Followed by a Q&A Session
12.30pm – Two-course Lunch with Wine
2:00pm – A Tour of the Artworks and Opportunity to Purchase, Before Departing
