Derek paints in oils, watercolours and pastels. He obtained his style by studying part time at the English Royal Academy at the West of England and also at Bath College. He has had many exhibitions over the years in places such as Malmsbury, Burford and Chipping Sodbury and also as part of a group exhibition at the Bristol Museum.
All proceeds from the sales of these paintings are being donated by Derek to the Museum of Oxford Friends.
