Participation Manager ( Part Time)

Part time: 30 hours per week (against standard FT = 37 hours per week)

Generally worked across 4 days Monday – Thursday. Some weekend working will be required annually to support creative learning programme activity, typically up to 12 days per year.

Standard working day 7.5 hours finishing between 6:00-7:00pm in line with registration of classes.

The Participation Manager at Pegasus is responsible for the coordination and management of our creative learning opportunities, supporting the engagement and sustained involvement of young people, and the delivery of sessions, classes and workshops within Pegasus’s extensive programme of activity.

This is a role for someone who is passionate about the arts and its positive impact on the lives of children, young people, and their families. You will be a brilliant communicator with strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to work alone and as part of a small team. Experience working within the arts/charitable or youth sector is essential.
