Salary: starting salary £38- £40k pro-rata depending on experience

Location: Ideally the postholder will be based full or part-time in Oxford in order to embed with the city and region’s creative networks and local communities. The company operates a hybrid working practice with regular in-person team meetings. OCM’s office is based at Oxford Brookes University.

PLEASE NOTE: Our office is located in an old, listed building, and is currently only accessible up a narrow flight of stairs. There is no obligation to work from the office, and meetings can always be held in alternative spaces as needed.

The Position

Following a period of consultation within the organisation the long-term Director, Jo
Ross, has taken on a new part-time internal position as Associate Director retaining her
expertise and skills within the organisation.

This has made way for a new person to come into the organisation and take on the
leadership of OCM as Director and CEO. The position will have overall responsibility for
the organisation, and is supported by the expert senior management team of Associate
Director and Deputy Director with the rest of the team and Board.
