The Theatre team are friendly and supportive. We have a book club and craft club, we meet regularly for board games nights, bingo in the bar, or screening a sports match in the auditorium and a large social event in the summer and at Christmas. We welcome staff dogs occasionally in the offices, eat alot of cake and share a workplace were colleagues become friends who become family. We meet regularly to discuss mental health as a group and strive to make The Theatre an enjoyable place to work for all.
