This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated person to join the museum team at the beautiful Grade II* Victorian Oxford Town Hall. The Museum of Oxford is the only museum dedicated to telling the story of the city of Oxford and its people.
We are looking for Museum Retail Assistant to work primarily in the museum welcome area and gift shop but may also be required to support events across the museum. Working front of house, you will cover a variety of tasks including operating the till and cashing up, answering email, phone, and on-site queries, assisting with practical building support, and processing bookings and payments. As a Museum Retail Assistant, you will be the face of the Museum of Oxford for the local community and visitors to the city.
21 hours per week, to start September 2024.
