Hours: Part time 22 hours per week (3 days)

The Community Engagement Manager is a key position within the organisation. Build Pegasus’ relationships with the diverse range of communities we serve, and increase engagement, relevance, and our profile within the community.

Lead creative consultation within our diverse communities to identify needs we can address through our programming and project development.

Increase the attendance of young people who experience barriers or circumstance that may otherwise stop their engagement with our creative programme.

Support the development, implementation and monitoring of our audience development and programming strategies.
