The Watermill is seeking a positive and proactive leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer care to be our new Sales and Box Office Manager.

The Sales and Box Office Manager will lead our Box Office team and drive sales through all channels using our CRM system (Spektrix), playing a vital role in ensuring the successful management and growth of income through our Box Office. As an active member of the team, they will also shape the customer care policy and ensure a warm welcome for the 60,000 people who come to The Watermill every year.
