Oxford Playhouse are looking for a Development Director to create and implement the fundraising strategy for Oxford Playhouse. Leading a team to nurture existing relationships and creating new ones. The role will work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team.

Main Responsibilities include:

Report regularly to the Senior Management team, including Board meetings regarding fundraising progress.

To manage the core development team staff

Ensure Oxford Playhouse complies with regulatory and legislative requirements, in particular the Data Protection Act 2018 and Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice.

Work with internal and external departments to deliver on the agreed upon NPO requirements for Oxford Playhouse.

To build relationships with trusts, foundations, commercial partners and donors.
