Oxfordshire County Council are seeking to appoint a Learning and Access Supervisor. This is an exciting time to join the Oxfordshire Museum Service as we grow our Learning and Access Team. The Learning and Access Team provide a core part of our service delivering formal and informal learning both across our own sites and within the community including schools.

Once fully recruited, the Learning and Access team will total five members of staff based at the Museum Resource Centre. The team reports to the Museum Service Manager who has overall responsibility for the Oxfordshire Museum Service. The Learning and Access Supervisor is supported by three officers and an administrator who they will also line manage. The Supervisor will lead the team in refreshing our learning programmes and will support the delivery of activities both at our sites and within the community and at schools. This role is integral to the development and delivery of our learning programmes.
