We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager who will lead the Customer Experience Team and Front of House operation at New Theatre, Oxford.

Within the Customer Experience Manager role you’ll focus on premium customer service, controlling costs, and maximising our food and beverage revenue. You will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Experience Supervisors and inspiring the Customer Experience Team to achieve our business targets. The Customer Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations whilst delivering a first-class customer experience..
