At Makespace Oxford, we’re creating the change we want to see, one empty building at a time. We take underused spaces across Oxfordshire and revive them into affordable spaces for individuals and organisations making positive impacts to our local communities.

Our Facilities Coordinators focus on delivering great service to our residents, working to keep everyone in our buildings safe, happy and thriving. This role will focus on hard and soft facilities management for a selection of our buildings (located in Oxford City, North/West Oxfordshire including Chipping Norton & Bicester) alongside a second Facilities Coordinator (focussed on Oxford City, Abingdon and South Oxfordshire).

The successful candidate will be someone who is well organised, interested in what we do and skilled at fixing problems within buildings. You will be an enthusiastic collaborator, keen to make our spaces work for our communities of non-profit, socially-driven and creative organisations. You will have some facilities or buildings management experience, and be keen to use their skills to bring unloved buildings back to life.
