The Communication & Marketing Manager will focus on developing and implementing an external communications and marketing strategy, helping us publicise our work, recruit potential partners and occupiers to our workspaces and support our aim of shifting the narrative around empty space across Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with stylistic flair and sensitivity for tone, an eye for detail, with experience of planning communications and/or marketing at a strategic level. They will be task focused, a natural collaborator, team player and enabler.

The role has been working as a job share since May 2022 (each post holder working 3 days per week) and we are looking to appoint a candidate with complementary skills and experience.
