Careers in the Arts is a brand new initiative launching in autumn 2022. This programme of work is funded for the next three years by Greenham Trust, working in partnership with both The Corn Exchange, Newbury and The Watermill Theatre. For contract purposes this role is employed by the Corn Exchange.

Working in partnership, the Watermill Theatre and the Corn Exchange have funding to deliver a three-year pilot programme to support young people living in West Berkshire and North Hampshire to understand and benefit from the huge range of transferable skills that can be gained working within the creative industries. A career in the arts is not just about performing on stage.

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead on the planning and delivery of this three-year programme of work, with a focus on quality and inclusivity.

Working with the Outreach and Education leads from both organisations, the post holder will feed into the strategic development of Careers in the Arts and will be responsible for leading on the planning, delivery and evaluation of the programmes three strands.
