Position: Lighting Technician
Reports to: Technical Manager and Head of Technical & Operations
Salary Band: circa £22,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Holiday entitlement: 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.
We also offer staff one day off for your birthday, and an additional well-being day each year.

We're looking for a Lighting Technician to join our in house tech team at the Corn Exchange Newbury. The successful candidate will work within the technical department, principally at the Corn Exchange, ensuring that all shows and events across the organisation (Corn Exchange, 101 Outdoor Arts, The Base) are imaginatively, efficiently and safely staged to the highest professional standards.

Applicants should have excellent organisation and communication skills and good time management, combined with a solid technical knowledge and analytical approach to problem solving. An open and constructive attitude to all areas of theatre operation is essential.
