The Watermill Theatre has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Head of Technical to join its Production department.

Working alongside the Technical & Production Manager, this role will manage the day-to-day technical aspects of The Watermill productions and associated events, supporting the production management process to ensure the highest artistic standards and technical support. This will be a hands-on role with a focus on technical stage and rigging elements for productions.

The role will also manage and support the delivery of lighting, sound and video with the rest of the technical team, taking a positive lead in pushing the boundaries of technical delivery and working closely and collaboratively with creative teams to find innovative and creative solutions to solving production challenges, in order to realise the creative vision and exceed expectations.

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 p/a
