We are looking for an enthusiastic person, who is passionate about the arts sector and participating in community engagement. This is a position where no two days will be the same, one day you might be developing a co-produced exhibition with participants, and the next programming the school holiday provision, or building relationships with organisations and professionals.

You will bring great communication and interpersonal skills. You must be highly motivated, able to deliver amazing work alongside an understanding of and commitment to equity, diversity, justice and inclusion work. You are a resilient individual who knows how to manage your own time, priorities and importantly you value your own self-care and know how to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
