Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We’re looking for customer-focussed staff who’d like to work in our exciting, fast-paced and interesting company.

There has been a theatre on George Street, Oxford for almost 185 years. The first theatre was built in 1836, and a second in 1886. In 1908, the Dorrill family took over the venue and finally in 1934, the third Theatre opened; the ‘New Theatre’. Stanley Dorrill masterminded the rebuilding of the theatre as we know it today. He commissioned a new building from the well-known theatre architects William and T.R. Milburn of Sunderland. The Milburns developed the decadent art-deco interior with T.P Bennett and Sons, who also designed the Saville Theatre in London

We're looking forward to welcoming thousands of people through our doors, to enjoy the best in live entertainment when we reopen this summer. Whether it’s a special birthday, a family’s first pantomime or just a night out with friends, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again!

As a Customer Experience Team Member you’ll make this happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. You’ll ensure we meet our financial targets by making customers want to return and by selling products and packages on the night, ranging from traditional programmes and ice creams to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars.
