The Museum of Oxford (MOX) is looking for a new member to join our small team. This is an exciting time to join MOX, which reopened in October 2021 after £2.8 million refurbishment.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to produce, implement, monitor and report on all fundraising activity to ensure the necessary fundraising targets for MOX are achieved. We are looking for a fundraiser who can engage people from a wide range of backgrounds with Oxford’s history and inspire them to donate.

The right candidate will have experience of fundraising, and you will be passionate about communicating clearly and effectively in a range of formats. We are looking for someone who is keen to drive our fundraising strategy and is motivated by the challenge of securing new sources of funding.

You will be joining us at a crucial time as we look to grow our service and connect with people who don’t know about us. This is an opportunity to ensure MOX continues to develop and remains a progressive organisation. By focusing on fundraising and developing audiences, the role ensures that the Museum is sustainable and relevant.
