We are seeking a talented artist to work on a large-scale for 2 internal walls of our new co-work space at Milton Park. 140 Eastern Avenue is currently being transformed into Oxfordshire’s largest and newest collaborative work space: the Bee House. A working environment that feels like home-from-home, which completes April 2022. With a large variety of private office suites, skype booths, nooks, and breakout areas the Bee House provides flexible space for businesses to spread their wings. There will bee co-working memberships for individuals who want to bee-long to our vibrant community.

We work like our chosen artist to work on the theme of bees, bee habitat and nature, either as a direct representation or metaphorically. There are 2 internal walls in the reception foyer measuring 5870 cm long and a corresponding for the internal staircase with a total height measuring 7425.

We welcome applications from artists who will paint or apply works of art directly onto the wall (could range from painting, graffiti, stencilling, decals, relief work or metal wall hanging). We would like work that is of a high quality and durable as well as supporting our visionary concept in a contemporary way.

The MEPC management team and assist for all on-site work, site safety and supply a scissor lift for the installation of work. Further assistance can be negotiated with our on-site team. We would like to keep the following timetable for the project.
