Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We’re looking for customer-focussed staff to join our ticketing and sales team.

Aylesbury Waterside Theatre is looking forward to welcoming thousands of people through our doors, to enjoy the best in live entertainment when we reopen this summer. Whether it’s a special birthday, or a night out with friends, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again!

The Customer Service Host will deliver an enhanced level of customer service for audiences visiting the theatre, answering customer queries, providing information about the production, theatre and other services in the local area that may be of interest to customers, promoting further ATG products and sevices which may enhance their visit. Our box office counter will be open for up to 90 minutes before each show, during which time you'll act as the point of contact for any ticket queries, and following on from this you'll support the rest of the Customer Experience team with other front of house duties that help every visit to our theatre run smoothly.

Full of variety, this role is both fun and challenging. You’ll take responsibility for a range of tasks as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team, working in our unique theatre with an ever-changing programme of events.
