Front of House Assistant

The Old Fire Station is looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our front of house team. Delivering excellent customer service and an informed welcome to everyone entering our building, working in our Cafe, Theatre, Gallery and Box Office. This role role involves ensuring customers and audiences are give a warm informed welcome, supervising staff and volunteers on shift and working with hirers and colleagues to create an inclusive public space.

You may not have worked in a role like this before, but your skills could be just what we are looking for.
