We are seeking a Digital & Projects Assistant, recruited for the Kickstart Apprenticeship Scheme from the Department Of Work & Pensions.

The Digital & Projects Assistant will help to develop and run our digital systems and projects. This includes creating, organising and facilitating our online workshop programme and our online shows. They will help to organise events, attend production and planning meetings and help build the technical production schedule, particularly around an autumn show The Drifting, to ensure our programme runs smoothly.

The Digital & Projects Assistant will gain skills in project management, data entry and administration, and working alongside incoming performers and companies. They will learn to set up workshops and events as well as skills in running zoom events, managing breakout rooms, solving technical problems, working within a budget and representing Arts at the Old Fire Station when required. 

To be eligible to apply under the government’s Kickstart scheme, you must be aged 16-24, on Universal Credit and not currently employed.
