The Story Museum in Oxford is a most unusual Museum. Due to reopen in April 2020 following an exciting £6 million capital redevelopment, the Museum is now looking forward to opening its doors to visitors from 20 May.

We are expanding our team of Visitor Services Assistants to work in our gift shop and independent cafe. Full and part-time positions are available.

The main purposes of the role are to:
• To provide a good-natured and informative front of house presence selling tickets, books and merchandise.
• To provide an efficient high quality food and drinks service in a friendly manner to members of the public and visitors to the Museum.
• To follow instructions efficiently and support any commercial initiatives that are introduced.
