This is a new role at New Brewery Arts, funded by Gloucestershire Community Foundation.

We’re looking for somebody to get out into our communities, in particular vulnerable communities and individuals facing increasing social inequality, and to encourage and enable everyone to connect with their creativity.

You will codesign, coordinate and oversee delivery of a programme of projects and their delivery reaching people who face increasing social inequality. This programme may take place within New Brewery Arts or outside our walls in homes and community settings and online.

About you: We’re looking for somebody to bring new qualities and diverse thinking to encourage us to create new, meaningful relationships with communities who may not yet see creativity and New Brewery Arts as a part of their lives.

You’ll be able to work with a range of people and organisations, artists and creatives, individuals and communities, and project partners. You’ll have great people skills and be excited to get out there and make things happen.
