SINGING TEACHER - SATURDAYS, OXFORD

We are looking for a singing teacher to join our team at Flintlock Theatre School on Saturday mornings (term time).

2021 marks 11 years since we opened our doors, providing the very best performing arts tuition for students aged 5 to 19. Covering singing, dance and drama for musical, classical and contemporary theatre, we’ve created a safe, supportive, nurturing environment led by experienced professionals where young performers can take flight.

KEY DETAILS:
Saturdays, 9:30 - 1pm (arrival 9:15)
Ages 8 - 15 (divided into smaller groups by age)
Working collaboratively as part of a teaching team with other specialists (drama, musical theatre and dance technique)
10-sessions per term plus one extra day for our summer show each year in July (usually on a Sunday)
£30/hr (3.5 hrs per session) on a self-employed freelance basis
£150 fixed fee for the extra show day in July each year
General group singing workshop style coaching, plus music lead on shows (we alternate between musical theatre and 'plays with music')
Subject to safeguarding checks, incl. DBS and two references
