OXCEP consultancy opportunities

Oxford City + North Oxfordshire Local Cultural Education Partnerships – known as OXCEP (Oxfordshire Cultural Education Partnership), invite individual/s and/or organisations to apply to help them develop their roles supporting positive outcomes for children and young people in Oxfordshire.

We are currently seeking an individual or organisation to deliver on a consultancy basis, three strands of work. You may apply as an individual or organisation for one, two or all of the following work streams:

1. A governance review of OXCEP – to review, research, identify and advise on the most suitable formal structure for effective governance and management of OXCEP, so that going forward it is one organisation delivering one strategic mission and set of goals in Oxfordshire.

2. Brand Development and marketing for the new OXCEP; including working with children and young people to find a name for OXCEP, to articulate its ethos, principles and values, design its logo, marketing channels and promotion through an online platform presence and print

3. A fundraising case for support and action plan for the new OXCEP; identifying potential funding streams and a financially sustainable model to support a business plan.

The three work streams will be managed by both Arts Officers in both authorities who report to their respective Community Services Directorates.
Fees :

Transition governance support for OXCEP - £2,800
Brand Development and marketing for OXCEP - £3,500
A fundraising case for support and a fundraising action plan for OXCEP - £2,800
Fees exclude: Travel and reasonable costs, e.g. legal advice, registration etc.

Consultants will be expected to develop and deliver this work in consultation with OXCEP and its stakeholders of whom children and young people are critical and central. Furthermore, they will be expected to collaborate with each other to ensure the work streams are cohesive.
