This is a new, senior role created to lead on the financial, operational, HR and commercial processes at Oxford Playhouse.

Oxford Playhouse has an outstanding record of success presenting and producing an ambitious programme which includes the finest national and international touring drama, family shows, contemporary dance and music, circus, comedy and poetry and provides a platform for local student and amateur groups. Oxford Playhouse is a historic hub in the heart of the community, with audience attendance well above the national average for regional theatre.

At the Playhouse we are looking for an experienced, intuitive and motivated Finance Controller to fulfil a Head of Department position, line managing the finance office; and be a key member of the Senior Management Team.
