The Development Assistant supports the Development Director to deliver Oxford Playhouse’s fundraising strategy by providing administrative support, organising events, writing proposals and undertaking research. The post holder will require energy and enthusiasm, excellent social skills with the ability to effectively communicate Oxford Playhouse’s ambition to a broad range of prospective donors and sponsors. Attention to detail and accuracy are equally important.
