We wish to appoint a highly-motivated, proactive, and customer-service orientated individual to oversee the day-to-day running of the Jacqueline du Pré Music Building (JdP).

Experience of delivering and promoting events is essential. Our ideal candidate will have good inter-personal skills and will be able to build strong working relationships with College members, clients and external partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in classical music and other art forms, and a flair for marketing events and concert management. The ability to work flexibly and to attend events out of normal working hours, including evening and weekends, to ensure smooth running is also essential.

The JdP is a part of St Hilda's College, University of Oxford, and is a centre for the learning, teaching, performance, and experience of music at all levels, at all ages, and for people from all backgrounds. The JdP building is dedicated to the memory of the extraordinary cellist and Honorary Fellow of St Hilda's, Jacqueline du Pré, and has become an important feature of musical life in Oxford since its opening in 1995.
