The first of the spaces to be created from our Artists Studio Development Scheme is Ayres House in Wallingford, which will open in October. Many of the spaces are already taken but a few studios remain.
For anyone interested in looking round I will be holding viewings on Tuesday 20th August from 10am, and on Wednesday 21st August from 5pm. Please email to register your interest and book a viewing appointment!
Ayres House is a fabulous period building with lots of character in Wallingford. Close to the town centre, public transport and park. Parking, garden, use of education/exhibition room, management and administration are all included. Utilities are extra but charged at cost.
A variety of spaces are available to suit various arts disciplines and budgets. Our loft spaces which would be great for small scale makers like jewellers or for writers are only £1 per square foot and we except shared tenancy!
