Participation and Community Officer
The Participation and Community Officer is a key member of the Oxford Playhouse Creative team. They will work closely with the Participation Manager to develop and deliver an enhanced and varied programme of creative and performance projects with community and SEND groups in line with the wider aims of the Participation strategy. The Participation Coordinator will collaborate with the Programming and Marketing teams to identify new opportunities for Access performances and engagement.

The Creative Team are looking to recruit someone for this exciting and stimulating role who has a minimum of three years relevant experience in a creative, community and/or educational setting and a serious interest in and understanding of the current theatre landscape. You will also need to have a passion for and experience of working with young people in a participatory arts setting.
