OYAP Trust is at an exciting point in its 21 year history, working to maximise the impact of our programme of youth arts and to develop Studi02, our venue, as a new cultural space in Bicester. To help us with our ambitions we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to increase community engagement and help make Studi02 a vibrant arts venue.

We are looking for an individual who is willing to work flexible hours, with good communication and organizational skills, who is practical and has the ability able to meet deadlines and complete projects and tasks in a timely manner. You will need to have the administrative skills to co-ordinate events, partner organisations and customers and to work with contracts and invoices.

This role would suit someone who has some customer facing work experience, an enthusiasm for the arts and who is keen to get started on a career in community arts projects or managing a venue.

The role is offered initially on a fixed term basis until Easter 2021, £16,000 - £17,500.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
