We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join the team within our Marlborough Gate Bistro.
This will be a fixed term contract covering the Maternity leave of our Bistro Manager. We are seeking a hard working organised individual to support our Kitchen team with our food provision and hygiene standards. The successful candidate will oversee the ordering and control of all food items, assist with the planning and preparation for food service within our standard Bistro operation and additional events within the venue.
Reporting To: Bistro Manager, Events Manager, Deputy Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Manager
Terms: 40 hours per week - 5 days out of 7 (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
