The New Theatre is looking for a vibrant, organised and enthusiastic individual to support the Ticketing and Sales Management team.

The New Theatre is situated in the vibrant and historic City of Oxford, and has been the home of variety for over 100 years. With a capacity of 1785, the theatre plays host to leading opera and ballet companies, West End musicals, contemporary dance and sell-out pop and rock concerts. This planned seasons includes Calendar Girls, Madagascar the musical and War Horse.The Deputy Ticketing & Sales Manager will work with the Ticketing & Sales Manager to ensure that staff are correctly and effectively rota’d and scheduled within any specified budgetary constraints.

The Deputy will lead by example in selling tickets and other products to customers face-to-face and will provide the right environment for staff to be correctly trained, developed and motivated in order to ensure that the audience receive the best service possible.The successful canadidate must exemplify the best of the ‘Ambassador’ in the ATG brand by being pleasant and collaborative in their approach to their day-to-day work, liaising and communicating effectively.
