We are looking for a second Youth Music Project Manager, working ± 22.5 hours per week, job-sharing with our existing YMPM and based in Cowley in Oxford.
You will be experienced in this work. The salary will be £20-£24k p.a. (pro-rata) based on experience - plus pension.
The job is to ensure that our Youth Music Projects are targeted at priority groups specifically LGBTI+ and Disabled Young people, meet identified needs of the community, managing the budget of £98k over 2 years, maintaining and building new partnerships to strengthen the quality of our work. You will need to demonstrate the impact of the project through celebrating successes and achievements within the team and local stakeholders, strengthening key relationships with cultural and community partners.
You will need to have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience in musicianship and a creative vision for the work. kills, knowledge and capabilities for project and partnership management. You should have excellent administration skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, including marketing, networking, evaluation, meetings and presentations, good time management ability to use initiative to deal with tasks, effectively prioritising workload to meet targets.
In addition, you will have or obtain a DBS check.
Contract Length: 2 years Fixed Term, with a possibility for extension subject to funding.
