An exciting opportunity is available in ATG’s UK Regional Programming for dynamic, energetic and commercially-focussed programme administrators with a proven interest in theatre and live entertainment.

You will provide administrative support to the Regional Programming Department and the Programming Director. You will have excellent computing skills with particular competence in Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills with the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people at all levels, both within ATG and externally.

Some Key Responsibilities:

Manage the department’s general communication and distribute accordingly.
Provide administrative support as and when required to the Programming Director including diary management, arranging meetings, research, reporting and liaising with other departments to ensure the efficient running of the office.
To prepare and process agreements for local main auditoria events in regional venues as required by the venue, ensuring timely receipt of signed agreements to ensure settlement obligations are fulfilled correctly and are fully compliant.
