Arts at the Old Fire Station works in partnership with many individual artists, groups and organisations to deliver our programme and services, as well as hiring our spaces to generate income. We would like you to join our Front of House team as a Duty Manager, overseeing events, and ensuring that bar customers and audience members receive a warm and informed welcome.
This is a customer facing role with a minimum hours guaranteed contract of 12.5 hours per week. It is a fixed shift pattern of:
Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 10.30pm and every Saturday on an alternate day (9.30am – 4.30pm) or evening (4pm – 11pm) shift pattern.
There are opportunities for more evening shifts to cover staff absence should you choose to accept them.
