An in depth course to enable beginners to abstraction to find 'ways in' - to develop their practice. You will need to provide your own basic equipment.
You will work on planned exercises designed to underpin more experimental work and short briefs, in a range of media. You will work from observation where possible, usually still life. For landscape subjects research may need to be done at home and references brought to the class. Teaching involves demonstration and group and 1:1 support throughout the session.
