Arts at the Old Fire Station works in partnership with many individual artists, groups and organisations to deliver our programme and services, as well as hiring our spaces to generate income. The Front of House team serves the box office office and shop during the day and run the box office office and bar on event evenings, supervising the building during performances, classes and other events during the evenings. We are looking for people to join our front of house team to help run our programme of evening events as a duty manager with some requirement to work as a front of house assistant depending on the shifts available. We are looking for people who are passionate about customer care with an eye for the bottom line.

The Old Fire Station building is shared by Arts at the Old Fire Station (AOFS) and Crisis Skylight Oxford (CSO) who operate separate businesses but have a shared mission.

Casual hours requiring some fixed nights as well as some flexibility to cover shifts on evenings, some late nights and weekends. Availability for Friday and Saturday evenings essential. Average hours of a shift 4.30 – 11pm or 6.30pm – 11pm with occasional Saturday day time. Very rare requests for Sundays.
