As Assistant Bar Manager at the Oxford Playhouse you will undertake and supervise the efficient delivery of café, bar and event services to customers, clients, visiting companies and in-house activities. You will also contribute effectively to the work of the Operations team in achieving departmental objectives, specifically, to ensure that consistently high standards of customer service, presentation, and safety are maintained in all the theatre's public bar & catering areas by the staff team.

In addition, you will support the artistic programme of The Oxford Playhouse through the delivery of the highest possible standard of services and facilities to ensure a welcoming, safe, efficient environment is provided for staff, visitors and customers.
