Publica on behalf of the Oxfordshire Arts Partnership (OAP) is seeking to recruit a creative and dynamic arts professional. The varied role funded by the OAP will include research and consultation with arts and cultural organisations across Oxfordshire. With great support from the OAP members the post holder will explore the nature and extent of current Arts and Health provision countywide and explore future opportunities for the sector. The work will culminate in the production of a detailed proposal for a longer term programme. You will be hosted within the Healthy Communities team at West Oxfordshire District Council in Witney. To be successful in this role you will need to be committed to working collaboratively with partners to achieve a commitment and greater shared understanding of arts within a health or prevention context. The ideal candidate will be creative and professionally curious, a caring and thoughtful communicator, with strong organisational skills and a drive to make a difference.
