Publica on behalf of West Oxfordshire District Council is seeking to recruit a creative and dynamic community development professional. The varied role includes project initiation and management – particularly focused on arts and health, engagement with diverse and vulnerable communities and collaboration with numerous partners in the community and statutory sector. You will be part of a small multidisciplinary team with office space at West Oxfordshire District Council.

To be successful in this role you will need to be committed to working collaboratively with residents to understand their needs and help them to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will be creative and professionally curious, a caring and thoughtful communicator, with strong organisational skills and a drive to make a difference. Job Reference: LC10052-A
