Salary Range: £18,600 - £23,000 per annum pro rata
Hours: Full time/part time negotiable, minimum 3 days per week. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
2 year initial contract with the possibility of renewal

The Theatre is an important regional centre for theatre, film and the arts in this working Cotswold town. It is a great opportunity to work closely with senior management to develop and manage a wide range of fund raising activities. Areas covered will include membership, sponsorship, individual giving and grant funding. We are looking for a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

Applicants must have experience or knowledge of fundraising, though not necessarily within the arts. You will have good organizational skills and enjoy working in the arts, and being a part of a close, impassioned team.
