The role of the Duty Manager is to support the Visitor Services Team with the management of gallery opening hours and the events calendar. This role will cover weekends, evening events and occasional leave days for the Visitor Services Managers. The Visitor Services team aim to deliver exceptional standards of visitor service to ensure a high quality experience for all visitors S/he will act as Duty Manager for the building to ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors and exhibitions/events.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager with excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
