SJE Arts Cloister Gallery is welcoming submission entries from artists and craftspeople in all mediums, hanging and plinth-based work to create a group of 18-20 talented artists for an 'in-house' curated and invigilated selling exhibition. In addition for 2018, we welcome artists who are keen to demonstrate their craft, run workshops or talks to promote their artwork. The beautiful cloister gardens will be part of the exhibition space offered so we are particularly keen to hear from sculptors who can benefit from these beautiful surroundings.
The historic grade II cloister and tranquil atmosphere of the College make the gallery space popular with visitors; the connection with SJE Arts concert venue brings extra publicity and footfall. Previous artists have enjoyed the benefits of being in a well-organised and supported group. Artweeks 2018 will build on this further by offering an unrivalled artist exhibition package.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
To be eligible for the SJE Artweeks exhibition, you must live or have a valid connection to Oxford, create original artwork (or reproductions of originals) in any medium, and desire to be part of a group show.

SELECTION: November 20th 2017
