The Corn Exchange Newbury are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic Project Manager who is passionate about working with young people. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, they will enjoy problem solving and be confident in supporting young people to deliver public events.

This role will be to project manage all the activity of the Young Corn Exchange (YCE) Youth Events Management Collective. This group is made up of 12 - 25 years olds interested in events management, the arts, technical theatre and all aspects of arts management and promotion. Key to this role is excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a high standard of written and verbal communication skills and should be passionate about community cohesion and inclusion in the arts.

Candidates must be available:
- Most Thursdays 3pm – 6.30pm for weekly meetings
- One Sunday per month 3pm – 6.30pm for YCE socials
- 20th, 21st and 22nd Oct 2017 for the YCE Takeover
- For two days in the week commencing 12th Feb for the YCE Ageing Creatively Project
