Part of Oxford City Council’s Culture team, the Museum of Oxford is an Arts Council England Accredited museum with a unique focus on telling the story of the city of Oxford and its communities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join the team. You will primarily work within and promote Museum of Oxford frontline services, including selling gifts, a welcome desk for visitors / museum volunteers and a box office for events. This role is vital to ensuring our visitors and volunteers have a positive experience and are keen to return. You will be expected to carry out your role with excellent customer service standards and achieve agreed financial and non-financial targets.
